Would i be able to ride a crf250f?

im 5 10'', 150-160 pounds and the biggest ive ever ridden is a ttr 125

Oh yeah, no problem at all. It is a CRF250R though, not F. They also make a 250X that is the woods version, both 4 strokes.

Im 14 years old and im about 5'5'' and 120 pounds and i just moved up to a CRF250 it just depends on what kind of rider you are (I race so im comfortable on one ) but if you have some experience riding dirtbikes than i think it would be the right size bike for you! I would recomend the CRF250X its a powerful bike but not scary and made for trail riding they are a really riliable bike and very fun!

At 5 ft 10 you should be fine on one.  Just take it easy if you have not had much experience and you will soon get the hang of it.
