Hi my name is andres well I'm 18 years old wight 170I'm about 5'7 i just started college. Since i was little i wanted to do track & field. when i was in middle school i ran in competitions my 3 years in school. I'm HIgh school i played soccer 3 years excepted my senior year. I'm not in shape right now cause i have exercised a year. I'm planing to try out for track and filed next year.if some one has some routines or some track and field experience so i could start working out.also a good diet cause i practically eat everything.Thank you
