Would i be better off buying a new 360?

Question

my system got the three solid red lights A.K.A. Red ring of death and i'm not gonna risk destroying it by taking it apart or wrapping it in a towel.

so i'm either gonna send it back to microsoft and pay $99 for a new system that'll probly do the same thing within a week, or buy a brand new one for $199 at game crazy. i got mine that first christmas it came out

i got mine fixed for like 90 bucks at 360 pros or whatever they are called

If I were you, I would just send it back to MS for repairs.  It's free to get the ring of death repaired.

The current 360 still has the ring of death, so it would be wasting money to get something that's still going to break.  If you want to get a new 360, wait until the Jasper chip is introduced, whenever that may be.

Send it in... as many times as they've extended the warranty, they'll probably fix it for free.

If i wear yoU I would sent to MS, they repaired it for FREe, I will sent my tomorrow

Check the manufacture date on the back, if it's less than 3 years, it won't cost you anything (except 2-3 weeks of your time) to send it in to Microsoft to be fixed. And I don't think they were even released until November of 2005. So that means you got time.
