its clean, casual, and awesome food.

and its not too pricey.

everyone goes there.

great for first date.

take her to a movie or for a walk in the park,

then say something along the lines of " hey, wanna catch a burger? how's In N out sound??"

That depends on what she and you think. If you know her well enough and what you want in a date, is she worth it or would she be okay at McDonalds. It's all about personal perspective. Me personally, I don't think it cheap if you are on a budget and can't afford any better. You can still have fun anywhere you go.
