Question:

Would i cause some negative effect if?

so sense it is the summer ive been on a sleep all day up all night kinda routine. i go to bed anywhere from 6-9am and get up at anywhere from 4-6 pm.

but yesterday i went to bed at 930am, and gotten woken up at 230pm so i only got 5 hours of sleep. before summer i only got about 5-6 hours of sleep in the last few weeks of school due to finals and what not.

but i am just wondering would this lack of sleep do much to me? ive felt kinda not all here all day. its 2am right now and im planning on staying up for 6 more hours, so i would be up for 18 hours with only 5 hours of sleep. i just cant seem to sleep at night sense its summer.

so i am curious if it will do anything to me or not. long term and short tearm

  1. It's not good for you to lose sleep, no. But as long as it's not long term, you can get back on your schedule, you're ok
