so sense it is the summer ive been on a sleep all day up all night kinda routine. i go to bed anywhere from 6-9am and get up at anywhere from 4-6 pm.but yesterday i went to bed at 930am, and gotten woken up at 230pm so i only got 5 hours of sleep. before summer i only got about 5-6 hours of sleep in the last few weeks of school due to finals and what not.but i am just wondering would this lack of sleep do much to me? ive felt kinda not all here all day. its 2am right now and im planning on staying up for 6 more hours, so i would be up for 18 hours with only 5 hours of sleep. i just cant seem to sleep at night sense its summer.so i am curious if it will do anything to me or not. long term and short tearm
