  1. NO!

    Each state is different on the laws (age) you can work.  You've posted this under Melbourne.

    Its states for  Victoria::

    "If you're under 15, you may be allowed to work in Victoria, but you must have a Child Employment Permit (CEP) from the Victorian Government before you can start."

  3. yes... you need to be at least 14years and 9months.

  4. no, you cant work no more than 25 hrs depending where u live, i believe. Just as long as you have a working permit (in NY)
