Would i lose weight if....?

would i lose weight by next tuesday if i had one wheatabix and a handfull of blueberries and ham for each day, or do i need to eat even less and if so wat is good with enrgy levels.

  1. you won't lose weight, your body will think its being starved and will hold on to every last bit of fat to survive.

    on healthy diet you could lose between 1and 3 lbs.

    on any of the usual fad diets you could lose more but you'll put it all back on in a day when you come off it, so don't waste your time.

  3. losing  a significant amount of weight by next tuesday isnt possible.  and if you do lose weight you will gain it back soon.  if you want to lose weight you need to eat wayyy more than this.  eating this little will put you in starvation mode, your body will then store fat. making you FATTER!  eat healthy meals and healthy snacks every 3-4 hours.  also work out at least 30 minutes a day.  this way you will lose weight guaranteed. but it will take time. be patient. dont give up!

    if you have a special event on tuesday maybe you can buy a body shaper to wear under your clothes. it will make you look slimmer for a day.

The answer to losing weight is not starving yourself.  But rather exercise more.  Thats the answer.  Eat less, exercise more.  I recommend doing at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per day, meaning like running, swimming.  Make it intense as well if you give yourself such a short time to lose it.  Intense workout is what you need.  Also, when you work out and you begin to feel tired while running, keep running, because the pain will go away.  Stop all Soda's and drink only water.  No sweets or candy too.

    I used to do crew and we were trained to perform so hard, until we almost blacked out, so its ok to feel some pain.
