Question:

Would i lose weight with this plan? and even get a six pack?

I want to get a six pack, i don't know why exactly it's just one of them things that everyone seems to want, including me. I was wondering if i can have your opinions on wether my plan can get me the results that I want. Currently I don't live a particulary unhealthy lifestyle. But when I looked into what I ate and drank in a week it shocked me. I have abit of a belly, here is a picture of my belly from the front and the side, Front: http://i518.photobucket.com/albums/u349/samtheramstokes/DSC01448.jpg I am planning on cutting out all coke from my diet because at the moment I drink 8 litres of regular Pepsi Cola a week. I am also going to cut out crisps, which I eat once daily and chocolate which I normally consume around 2 bars a week. I am combining this with a 40 minute walk everynight with my dog, 3 solid games of football a week, and weight lifting focusing on different parts at each time so all my body gets a rest 6 days a week. Is it possible for me 2 lose weight and gain muscle enough to get a six pack in around 6 weeks or longer?

    you forgot the most important thing, sit-ups.

  4.   First you need to loos all the fat . Go to the gym and get on the cardio idk how to spell so dont look back . Where plastic bags witch make you sweat way more . Do atleast one hour aday make sacrafice to get  wat u wnt . I do  caus i think doing crunches  will give you the muscle ,but the fat stack up  . thats just me  k . so when you get the flat stomach  start crunches  

  5. well there is a easy get up in the morning exercise right wen u get up to burn one pounds u have to burn 3500 caleries ride your bike do isosit ups hold you legs up for a min then spread the apart and hold them up for another min remember dnt eat untill after ur all sweaty and have taken a shower?
