Would i need the 4-ohm or 2-ohm?

Question

I am going to buy two kicker CompVR 12s I donk know which ones to get... i need to wire them to a two ohm load so do i need the cvr 12-d4s or cvr 12-d2s they are dual voice coil so, would i need the 2-ohms or the 4-ohms speakers to wire it to 2-ohms?

the 12 d4s when you wire them up together the ohms will drop down to a 2 ohm stable...2 two ohms will go down to a unstable 1 ohm - 2 ohm maybe a lil less... hope this helped...

I dont know what the other answer is all about it sounds like hes reccomending you the DVC 4 ohm subs. If you want a 2 ohm load you need to get the DVC 2 ohm subs. Heres how you wire them.
