Would i not be able to get tatoos based off quite a few scars from past tendencies?

I've heard that alot of shops wont do any tatoo work for you if you have scars from cutting, carving etc. or because of suicidal stuff. Im not sure wether thats true or not so get at me with some answers.

nah they did mine with no problem

i got 'forgiveness' in greek on my wrist

he asked what the marks were.. but just for conversation

Tattooist have seen it all, .. nothing shocks them. Go to a well established, reputable shop. Talk to the manager or the owner or the tattooist who has the most experience (at least 10 years). They will be able to answer all of your questions, put your mind at ease, and help you to come up with good solutions to work with/on/around those scars.

It can be done, and beautifully, but you need an experienced artist who you feel really comfortable with.

Look for the artist and go and have a consultation, you will be under no obligation, and you may be amazed at what can be done!
