  1. There is already free day care for women on welfare that care to go back to work and can't afford day care.  Although, more programs are needed in place for middle income families.

  3. This is one of those nasty little secrets, many nations do have day care for the children of working parents.

    And no one is ashamed of it. They like their children enough to provide safe places with proper supervision for all.
