Would it be a good choice to minor in a foreign Language if your majoring in history? Also what would be some good choices to minor in i you are going to major in history?

Knowing a second language is always a bonus and looks great on job applications.

If you plan to teach in the U.S you might as well learn Spanish.

Well, I definitely think that would be a very good choice. Especially if you are planning to work as a historian or in a related field. Just pick a classical language and it would definitely help you in your field. Otherwise too it is always good to learn other languages and cultures. Foreign language skills are highly employable now a days.
