  1. well its not even a matter of how many jails we have... its about people's honesty.  face it, if that was how the law worked with speeders then people would be driving as fast as they pleased and no one would turn themselves in.  cops themselves speed so even if they did turn themselves in, who would be there to arrest them!? hahahaha

I dont ANYONE that would voluntaringly pay 100+ for a speeding ticket if they didnt have too

  2. What a question. Makes me wanna go straight to the police department and plead quilty...........

  3. They wouldn't do it; some people speed for a reason(i.e. they're trying to get away from someone, possibly the cops)in the first place, so why would they turn themselves in just because you asked?) Second, jaywalking is so trivial many people don't even consider it wrong anymore. Shoplifting? Some of those are kids just looking for kicks so they don't think it's a big deal either. A lot of things have changed in the world, unfortunately.

  4. no because it wouldn't work.

You know there's a thing called logic and another called common sense. Have any of those?

  5. Its a good idea. You need a good salesman to come up with the pitch.

  6. Good idea, but good luck on making it work

  7. There are not that many jails on earth

  8. haha, you can ask but no one would do it. especially the jaywalkers. they are the worst, they just wander out in the street lahdeedah and expect we drivers to all just halt in our speeding tracks just to let them pass!   lol

  9. That's like taking a hammer and hammering your own head.

  10. Why the fook would they turn themselves in? Ask all you want...

  11. No. Because they're not going to do it and they'll be mad at you for asking. It's better if you ask them to stop because it's deadly/they could get in trouble.

  12. I won't be turning myself in.  I don't intentionally speed...all 3 of my tickets were while I didn't realize I had sped up temporarily.  Anyways, nobody is going to turn themselves in for a crime that didn't really hurt someone and it's not going to make them feel guilty.  shoplifting does have a victim, but people who steal don't usually fell that guilty.  In fact, they get a rush.

  13. Sure - Ask all you want, but the results would probally be zero.
