Would it be a good idea to build a border fence around D.C.?

What if each State built a fence around its borders?

Would everyone be better neighbors?

Or would someone get pissed off if a frisbie came flying into our yard?

we'd be hanging out by the fences chewing the fat with the other states.  but just wait until the mutt dog from the next state digs a hole under the fence and comes in a impregnates your purebred pom, then the fur will fly!
