Online virtual high school in los angeles?

I'm a 9th grader in high school and I just want to start taking online virtual high school starting from my my second semester. Would it be a problem to start of from the already begun school year. i already took my first semester in public school. Does anyone know any online schools that this wouldnt be a problem for?
