Of course it would aid the government of Zimbabwe.

It would make good wallpaper however.

Also the 10 million dollar notes would make good wallpaper and they are even cheaper.

The inflation rate in Zimbabwe is reported to be 10 million to 15 million percent per year.

I can hardly wait for the quadrillion dollar and quintillion dollar notes.
