One of my favorite breakfast foods is Grape Nuts. I usually eat between 1/4 and 1/2 cup depending on how hungry I am with skim milk. However, I do find the taste a tad "salty," and I was wondering if it would be alright to add a spoonful of sugar to the cereal for a little sweetness.
I am trying to loose weight, and I know I should limit my sugar, but I wanted to know if a little sugar with my cereal would be okay.
