  3. No it wouldn't.  From what I've read he raked her over the coals and extorted her for their affair.

  4. No, probably not so appropriate. He may have been one of Diana's lovers, but he was in no way formally connected to her and since the concert was put on by her sons, it would have been wrong for him to come.

No,it would not have been appropriate for "The Love Rat" also known as "The Cad" to have attended the concert.Hewitt is no gentleman;gentlemen do not kiss and tell and sell their memoirs to the highest bidder.He is a persona non grata to the Royal family and hopefully knew that his presence was not wanted.
