i have 20 20 vision and i am on the computer about half of the day.

bad..i am always on the computer and reading and writing and watching tv...and i had to get bifocals.

Computer screens can cause eyestrain, headaches, or fatigue.  They do not affect your visual acuity, though.  Just make sure to take breaks from the computer to reduce any strain.

Yes. You would need to do exercises and make sure that the distance of the screen is at the optimal level.

There are diagrams available to help you. If you google some eye health and safety tips.

If you play games for long periods of times and you are a gamer for example you could need glasses.

It is important for you to have a healthy diet as well.
