I'm 15, and I'm on the cross country team , i wanna do this because i really want that varsity spot. the team had time trials, and i got 15th place, i got out kicked by 3 guys, and i really want that 7th spot. will jogging around the neighborhood for about 45minutes-1hour make a difference when race days comes around???
and will this be a bad thing?
and please give me tips
