to wash and bleach or dry clean a 1950's vintage tablecloth to get stains out and avoid damaging? Also, should I starch before using?

It's  50 years old.  Why not take it to a reputable cleaner?  

Or save a couple of bucks and toss it in with the blue jeans and tennis shoes.
