Would it be better to attend 8th grade or 9th after being Homeschooled?

I don't know very many people but I'm really social and I'm doing 9th grade work now [going into 8th] so I'd have no problem with classes.

If you are doing the work and can keep up I see no reason why you can't go into 9th. It depends on your preference, really. Good luck!

i would suggest u to get straight into 8th grade because it will prepare u for the mess that is high school, plus it is easier to get friends as middleschooler

I went thru the same situation as you.  I decided to attend the 9th grade it was confusing at 1st because I was so used to my homeschool schedule but after a month I loved high school.  I would have wasted a whole year if I would have gone to the 8th grade.

well it also depends on your age.

If you fit best with 8th graders, go to eighth

If your age is appropriate for 9th then go for that.
