  1. cruel AND stupid.

same intials are even better, not much but a little.

  2. i don't think so. i like the names felina and selena but it may not turn out so well in the future

  3. I don't like that, but to each his own. They are your children and you must name them what you like. Just make sure that you don't forget the child will one day be an adult!

  4. A lot of people do that. I don't necessarily think it's cruel as much as it would be a hassle. Could you imagine shouting "Drake, Jake, Blake! Time for supper!"? It would get old after awhile... and I think it would be confusing. But no, I don't think it would be cruel. They are all different names...

  5. It would be cutesy, overbearing and annoying. I would feel sorry for the children.

Why give your children similar names? I can understand naming in the same style, but with every child you name you have the opportunity to give them a nice name to call their own. There is no creativity in giving children rhyming names, and it makes the child seem less of an individual. Rather, they would be seem as a collective group e.g. that '-ake' kid.

If a parent is in love with a particular sound, use a different sounding first name and have the nicknames rhyme. For instance Jacob, Blake and Draco could be Jake, Blake and Drake (I couldn't think of a full name for Blake). Abigail and Gabrielle could have the nicknames nicknames Abby and Gabby. Leonardo and Theodore could be Leo and Theo.

  6. Its not cruel, but I just dont like when people do that.

  7. Not cruel, but obnoxious. And hard on the parents, you will yell for one of them and call another one by mistake. By the time you have the kids attention that you wanted in the first place, the other two will be confused, or annoyed.

  8. Siblings with all the same first initial is one thing, to have all the names rhyme!? I think its cruel!

  9. no I have heard of people doing that if you like go ahead

  10. No, their all going to have their own personalities and traits whether their names rhyme or not.  Alot of people have their own "systems" when naming their kids...like the abc's, rhyming, all one letter, all sound the same, etc.

  11. Don't know about cruel, but it doesn't seem particularly wise either - the kids will certainly get teased for it. It won't reflect well on the parents' judgment, to say the least.

  12. yes that would be kinda mean    it would be a ake (ache) in the butt

  13. Yes, they would not like that when they get older. Just because they are siblings, they will be totally different. Give them names that don't even start with the same letter.

  14. I wouldn't, just because it would be VERY confusing.  My mom had a hard enough time getting our names straight, and they're nothing alike: Kristin, Leah, Tyler, and Brett.  One time she even called my brother Tyler the dog's name: Shadow, lol!

Plus, you children would have a hard time hearing who you're calling in from outside or addressing.

  15. My kids are Keyvon and Kiara both starting with "KEY" and I love it. Both their middle names start with L so they have same initials too

  16. heck yes.

  17. I see nothing cruel about it at all.
