would it be easy for humans to explore the arctic, if so why?

The type of exploration you mean is the question.  The artic is ice.  The United States and USSR hahe explored the underside by submarine.  The uppeside has been photographed by the sat. system overhead.  Exploring the ice itself would require gasoline powered equipment (Diesel will jel at those temps).  Your fuel would have to be brought in increasing the complexity and expense radically after you get much past two refuelings.  You would need to bring in all supplies.

actually the temperatures are inhumane and very hard to stay in 4 too long so most likely not.

people already do explore the Arctic (and Antarctic)...but they are prepared for the cold. These people generally are scientists doing some kind of research up there involving ice cores and GPS.
