Yeah that would be a lot of fun. Imagine Man City with Wes Brown, Vidic, Fredinand and Evra at the back - they'll leak goals left right and center :-)

Apart from Ronaldo and Berbatov I don't think they'd want any of the others.

But to answer your question, yeah I would have a good laugh if they did. Kind of like how I had a good laugh when Chelsea missed out on Robinho.

yes definitely,

when all the players who have achieved so much from man utd go to man city and find that they could do nothing there, it would be funny.

we will be allright, we will get new players but think about man city, all the "star" players who cannot play to their highest level

this would be funny

but only if they ever go to man city.

they won't go until man city wins trophies, which won't hapen for a couple of seasons. i don't think the owner has too much patience. would be funny to see the rich owner pull out becaue they didn't win any trophies!!!!!

In many cases this is the reason players went to the big 4. So if more money is on offer elsewhere....

I think Garry meant that they would cross over when their contracts expired, not necessarily while still under contract.
