  2. What would be good is that all Premier Clubs were only allowed to spend a max of say 20-25million per year on buying players. The way things are going all of the Premier league clubs will be owned by Arabs or Americans.

    I understand about Chelsea and Man City but Man United is as rich as Arsenal and Tottenham. Spoiled clubs are a pain mate.
