Would it be haram if she re-marrys?

Question

if a woman's husband has been missing for around 6 yrs i.e in iraq just one day disappered - and theres a high chance that hes dead since it been a long time- and now she decided to move on- would it be haram for her to re-marry as there a slight chance hes still alive?

no she cant marry she has to wait till death

ask any mulla or imam

there is fatwa i know but i cant remember it right know

Just ask her to Get a Divorce from the Shariah Court and Once divorced She can marry anyone she wants !
