Would it be illegal to photocopy money and throw it out a window in downtown Oakland?

And video tape all the Oakland trash go crazy. I would make it where it looked like cash from a distance but not cashable.

  1. Yes: it is illegal to photocopy paper money, at least in color, unless you make it appreciably larger or smaller than a real bill.

    A black-and-white copy would probably be legal, since it is readily distinguished from real money.
