I would think so. Would be a nice way earning easy money.

It is even illegal to give an asker here at Yahoo Answers a serial number of a program legally obtained by the person answering the question

Yahoo will probably close his account at Yahoo Answers. I did not know that and did ask to make sure, that I was not doing something that could have the consequences that my account could be closed.

Though you bought the license of photoshop cs3 you can't sell it. When you would do it in a boot sale, nobody would find out, but doing it on ebay ?? I would not take the risk

if you didn't obtain them legally yourself, yes it would be.

And then the buyer will also be pissed off because each serial number only works with the discs or download it came with.
