  1. If thats what you want and you are on a budget yeah.

I think silk looks just as real.  and you are the BRIDE so what you want you get and if your paying for it then choose what you want...

  2. yeah i think it's perfect. I made my own bouquet for my wedding and it's great because they look wonderful and you can keep them forever....mine are in a vase with clear stones in the bottom as the center piece on my dining room table.

  3. The makers of silk flowers have improved the quality so much over the last few years, it's really hard to tell the difference. It's really a matter of cost & preference.

I think the bouquet you showed is absolutely gorgeous,  And you will have it forever.

  4. Yes, the bouqet is very pretty.  Im using silk flowers in mine too.

  5. Absolutely...there is nothing wrong with saving a little cash! Plus, the silk roses look very real!

  6. very pretty... i think i might use this site for mine... thanks and congrads!

  7. totally!! I had a combo of real and fake. i wish i would have done more fake because of the cost.

    those are beautiful!

You could probably even do your own to save more money. There are sites out there that can assist you with that.

  8. There is nothing wrong with silk over real! I want calla lillies for my wedding...I've ordered them online and saved several hundred dollars!

  9. I want silk flowers for my wedding for the mere fact that Im not too crazy about paying several hundred dollars on something that will last 3 days.

  10. its fine if you like the feel of worm ****

  11. I'm not sure what you mean by whether it would be "o.k.".  If you want them and like them, then they're o.k.  Congratulations.

  12. My friend's daughter did silk for everything, from where I was sitting, you could not tell they were fake, and I use them in wreths and baskets for the holidays, so if anyone can spot them, it is me. they last forever, with minimal care. Keep them ou of sunlight, protect them from dust, and you will have them at least on your 25th anniversary.

Shop around, you might hit a sale, or find something you like even better. Michaels and Hobby lobby both have flowers that look real, and some not so real.

I love the red roses, very pretty.

  13. I would do all the flowers in silk, as its cheaper.  That bouquet is very pretty.

  14. Sure it would be OK!  All my flowers were silk, and I made them all.  My bouquet was white roses on a fan.  The flower girl and bridesmaids had multicolor flowers.  I even made table centerpieces with silk flowers.  I used rose smelling sachet in between the silk flowers for the smell, but no one knew they were silk.  They actually look better in pictures also.  And they don't go limp.  The baskets on the tables went to family after the reception.  It's a great idea plus you get to keep your flowers forever.  You can have a smaller one made of your bouquet for the one you throw.  I did.

  15. i think that would be fine .the pictur is really beautiful. may you have many happy years to come with you and your future husband.

  16. looks good it is alright to get silk flowers and that way you can keep them forever

  17. Absolutely! As long as you're using good quality silk flowers, they're gorgeous and a wonderful keepsake - and that bouquet is beautiful!
