Question:

Would it be ok to eat only candy for a day?

tomorrow im going on a trip and the only food we are allowed to bring is candy, but i dont have any money. would it be ok if i ate only candy for the day, as long as i didnt eat TOO much and counted the calories and limited myself? would i gain alot of weight?

  1. I don't think eatting candy for one day will dramatically change your weight

    but remmeber

    eatting just candy may give you stomach aches lol

    but candy is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy good! lol well tasting any how

    and make sure you have water close by to keep hydrated.. because you don't die from hunger.. but rather dehydration lol

    and i would bring some gum.. gum will keep your mouth fresh and busy for some time to keep away from as much candy lol

    but enjoy the candy!!


  2. If you don't go overboard you won't gain weight.  But who would plan a trip and only allow you to eat candy all day?

  3. i dont think so i mean u can but its not healthy....but u can eat candy after eating healthy food.(we can cheat sometimes)

  4. i did it once. well, more than once. just keep hydrated by drinking lots of water and you'll be fine.. :)

  5. no , not ok, candy is no nutritional value and only sugar, take some sports bars instead and tell people they are candy bars.

  6. I don't think you would gain any weight- well, maybe a pound or two. Then again, I am not an expert.  Also, weight shouldn't matter to you!!!  You should care about how you feel with your body and how you look on the outside!!  And, I am sure you would be just fine if you were active and also ate healthy afterwards (when you get home)

  8. I dont think it is a good idea because your body will take all the fat and sugars, calories, etc from the candy and it will result in fat,

  9. if you must eat candy for the day eat a big meal before you leave home and eat another one once you get home...anyways im guessing youre young...why not ask your parents for money for food???...

  10. You might not feel really good.  Not only because it's just candy, but because your gonna keep yourself on a sugar high and then when it drops so will you.  Get ready to be a "sleep head" as my kids call each other.

    I hate to ask this but, if you don't have money, how did you get all that candy?

    You could gain weight, but if you are young and active, it probably won't stay.

  11. Nooooooooooo. A few days ago at I went to this small town for my friends mom's wedding. I had a snickers bar that morning, stoped at their sweet little candy store and got more candy, had some of that, then at the wedding a few houres later I started blacking out and got really sick. I had to go sit in the car and drink water for like a half hour before I got up the energy to go get something to eat. Once I did I felt a lot better. Don't do it. You NEED Nutrition.

    plus I got on the scale the next day and gained like 3 pounds. =[
