Would it be ok to show up at an insurance at random time and have a talk with an agent?

i am 16 and i am starting to look at cars, i know the basic things but its time for some actual facts from a person, can i come lets say to a (AAA) office and talk to an agent at anytime or how would i be able to do that even though i don't even have a car

You can't purchase a policy with out a vehicle, but an agent might be able to advise you on which car would be a good choice

Yes you can walk in and talk with an agent any time during business hours. Thats what they are there for. But don't come near the end of the day.
