Would it be ok to take some panadol for a headache if I already took some at 5:00 for the same reason ?

You can take 1 gram (i.e. 2 tablets) of Panadol every four to six hours (but not more then 4 grams or 8 tablets in 24 hours. So the earliest you can take some more Panadol is after 9.00 o'clock. (Not sure what time it is in whatever state you are).
