Would it be okey to rinse your eyes after watching tv or using a computer for hours?

Question

Is it okey to rinse your eyes right after you watched tv or used a computer for hours? Would it have a bad effect to your eyes if you rinse it right after?

Scarlet's answer is a good one. I would add that if your eyes feel tired after a long Pc or Tv session - rinsing them with just water would help. I have tried it & it works. All the best.

If your eyes are sore after being on the computer for ages, its probably best to get a rest or sleep. You don't need to wash  your eyes unless...theyv gotten all dirty in that time.

Avoid watching tv/computer for too long then, unless it's a really good movie!
