That's what they're aiming for.  They have been able to grow a human ear on a lab rat.  Watch who you vote for though.  There are some politicians who are against stem cell research.  Stay educated and keep voting.

Yes, this is one of the areas that is being studied.  However, stem cell research has been severely restricted in this country, so I wouldn't count on any real advances in the near future.  Sorry.
