No, I don't think so because they have independant adjudicators.  The only way you could do it is to somehow weigh down the balls you want to come out.

It was once rigged by edvusting the weight of the balls in such a way that only two number were light enough to reach the top of the box, the scammer then bought every combination of those two number apreaing.  They were caught when a store clerk thought it was suspicious that they bought every combination of only those two numbers and they happened to win..

Now there are strict guidlines for checking bals weights to ensure complete randomness.

Unless you get around the randomness, which even as an INSIDER you can no longer do, your not gogin to be able rig the lottery

be really hard but its probably possible. yuud have to get in the crowd of the lottery organisers and put magnets in the balls yuu want and an extra strong one for the powerball. or a microchip in the balls

Yes, it was done once a long time ago in Pennsylvania`s daily number, the balls were weighted somehow to make 666 come up in the daily number. They got caught, hence a big crack down to avoid such activity in the future. I`d say it`s all on the up and up side now. Closely monitored.
