There dosn t seem to be any reason why you coudn't. However, if anyone has tried it, they aren't admitting it!

However, a prediction.  In the forseeable future (probably starting as early as 2020) we'll start seeing limited tourism in orbit.  When that happens I predict tat one of the big sellers will be honeymoons in Earth orbit--in either zero-gravity or in space stations with low gravity.  Think about the possibilities if you and your partner each weighed only 30-40 pounds--or had no weight at all!

Yes. This is possible. Besides the sweat, everything stays normal. The sweat will start to occur, but since the sweat can't go anywhere in the space suit, you will have to wait until, you get back down to Earth.
