Would it be unhealthy to eat only veggies, fruits, rice, and quinoa?

I am a vegan and seem to have several food allergies/sensitivities (wheat, nuts, beans).

  1. It certainly could be. With allergies to the most protein and fat-dense foods out there, you will need to be very aware of what you eat. Talk to a nutritionist for help.

  2. It may be.. Please check with a Nutritionist... they would know best. Plus, being a Vegan, you really want to make sure you get enough protein and Iron

  3. Yes it would be unhealthy.  You need more protein.  You also need calcium.  You should talk to a nutritionist or a dietitian.  And you should have allergy tests to find out all the things you are allergic to so you can prevent any bad situations.

  4. It sounds like you will do fine, but you'll have to take note of how you're feeling over time and wait to see.

Are you allergic to all beans and legumes?  I would think lentils are pretty safe.  And how about seeds?

  5. Umm, I don't think so. If you could put a little more variety in your food or consult your doctor and get a protien pill. That would be helpful
