Would it be wierd if I went to my country club pool on cruches?

I am currently on crutches and have a cast for a broken talus bone. I have been swimming everyday for the past week. It is the only exercising I can do without impact. I purchased an Aquasock for $38 at a health supply store. It allows me to swim and not get my cast wet for 45 minutes at a time. I don't care if people think it's silly or not, at least I won't be gaining weight laying around!
