Would it cost me more money to talk to my boyfriend in Central America?

The area code is 909...he said they somehow have a San Francisco area code out there so it won't cost a whole lot.

HELP!

I don't know if I can talk to him.

There are some plans and devices that will provide a US area code to you in a foreign country.  If your boyfriend has a San Francisco area code it will cost you the same as if he really was in San Francisco.
