  1. you r soooo lucky...just hope the others didnt report to ins co or cops.....keep ur mouth closed and pray...and get some insurance...its better to take the lose of ur car rather than get caught without insurance

  2. You left out some important parts..

Did you get ANYBODY's license or plate numbers?

    1)  THe lady is going to want her car fixed .. scratch or not and you are going to have to pay for that.

    2)  They guy that hit you is responsible for your damage and maybe the lady's damage (if you were moving your were too close, but if you were stopped that is another matter.

BUT.. proving it is another matter.  Since you did not call the police (who would have cited you for no insurance) there is no report and if the guy in the rear bails you may not have any proof.

EIther way, at this point there is no one to report it to.   You need to contact the person that hit you, if you can,  to see what he intends to do.  If can not find him or contact him, then you are sooooooo   scr*wed as you will have to pay for your repairs and any that the lady has.  Just pray that she doesnt wake up with a stiff neck clutching the phone number of a lawyer.

    Go Get Insurance.... !!

  3. it depends on what state you live in. some states allow you drive around without insurance. the thing is that when you get in an accidnet it bites you in the butt. soooo...my suggestion would be talk to with somebody in your state who knows something about it!!!

  4. since you are not at fault, what I recommend is that you call the drivers' insurance company that hit you from behind and make a claim against them. His insurance company will pay for those damages. Since you hit the car in front of you (because of the guy who hit you in the rear) normally your insurance would pay for that damage and they would try to go after the driver at fault. With that, I am not really sure how you could get it fixed except for paying for it yourself. If your state requires insurance, and the person your car hit- goes after you for any damage, you will pay for his claim out of pocket as well. Best thing I can recommend is for you to speak with an insurance provider about your situation.

Whether you have insurance or not, the driver that hit you from behind, must pay for your damages through his insurance company. So call them first.

    Then, get insurance right away.
