Would it help, hurt, or not do anything at all if I diluted some B vitamins and watered plants with it?

I have some B vitamin complex pills which just recently expired. I was going to toss them away but hate to waste anything if it isn't necessary. If I diluted them in some water and watered my tomato plants with the solution, would that have any effect on the plants? If so, then would it be good or bad?
