Would it make it easier to get a Managment job at fast food if I got more school?

If I got a General studies in colledge and applied to be a manager at Arbys,would It be easy to get the job. Like do most managerts have a neducation or no? Even if i hadnt ever worked at that arbys but had experience

I guess...or you could take your college degree and do something a bit larger than a high school job.

It all depends on the company. Arbys may not have a program for college grad that allow them to go straight to a manager's position. You should search their website for that information. Companies like Macy's and Enterprise Rent-A-Car have programs that allows college grad to become a manager in training for a certain period of time and then work your way up to a Store Manager.
