queue there for a visit, and still have time for a Red Rover City Cruise and return to Victoria for about 6.45 pm, having started out at 10 a.m. (from Victoria)?

  1. It is viable ,but you would be much better off using a bus or the underground, if you decide to walk the fear factor voiced by other answerer's is negligible as in all major city's do not show over the top amounts of wealth ,ie, change large denomination banknotes for smaller ones before you get to london, there is nothing more tempting to aspontaneouss theft than the sight of large denomination notes.

  2. it is possible i suppose but there are people with knives out there and lots of bad things can happen.Catch a bus tube or bicycle even.

  3. Well to walk from Victoria to the London Dungeons will take you about 1hr 30mins. I've done it myself. Not as bad as the other people make out, but quite a nice walk if you walk along the river Thames and it's a nice day.

Don't know about this cruise so someone else will have to give you that info.

  4. I wouldn't advise it.

It's quite a lot of walking - Even if you just walk down Victoria Street, past Westminster, over Westminster Bridge and cut through Southwark to London Bridge, that's about 3.5 - 4.0 miles.  You could do it but you'd finish up really tired - better to get a 1 day travelcard and use the buses and tubes.
