I'm having serious problems with my power cord. It's new, I bought it a month ago cause I knew my last one would die. Well, when it finally died, I plugged in my new cord...and it didn't work. I have to play around with it for it to work. I have moments where it doesn't work at all. It's like the plug in part is to small. What can I do? I don't have the receipt, nor any money to replace it. Please, anything thing would help. A friend mentioned putting aluminum foil around the end, but, I'm not sure.

Please help me! I'm going crazy with it.

  1. is your power cord compatible with your computer. that could be the problem. i would bring it in to wherever you brought it from and find out. then make the decision.
