Very likely the summer olympics...Jamaica is warm.

That movie that focused on a fictional Jamaican bobsled team, called "Cool Runnings" (featuring John Candy) was a pretty good style of humor of 4 bobsledders who have to go into one winter olympics in Calgary.....from warm sun to cold snow....to compete in bobsled. But Jamaica, of course, never have snow.

Regrettably, parts of Jamaica, including Kingston, have a pretty high crime rate, so they need tightened security for that...especially in the Olympic village....especially if they hold it in Kingston (Jamaica's capital).

The opening and closing ceremony should focus on Jamaica's most-adored music style...the reggae, and its cousin, the reggaeton.

Winter Olympics?  In Jamaica?  No Mon, not in Jamaica.

Otherwise still no.  It takes a huge capital investment to build the infrastructure needed for Olympic competition.  You know, stadiums, pools, gyms and all that stuff.  Jamaica is a pretty country but extremely poor nationally.  Jamaica could not support an Olympic event.

Not really. They will never build all the facilities because it costs a lot. And Winter Olympics is simply impossible
