  1. It will speed things up, instead of 5 years you will wait only 3 to become a citizen. You should join the Army, they have the most interesting job offers and a lots to choose from. My friend joined an Air Force and the only job they could give him was a fireman position (pretty risky job). So choose an Army and you will have more choices. Good luck.

  2. No, it does not matter which branch of the military you join.

  3. It does not matter which branch of the military you join.  You need to be aware there are some basic requirement for joining, however.

You must pass the physical, background check, and be able to pass a rather easy entrance exam.  The military will assist you in getting your citizenship early as long as you follow orders and stay out of trouble.

    I wish you the best.

  4. If you are currently serving in the US military of any of the five branches, you get "bumped in the line" ahead of everyone else if you're applying for a citizenship. I think it's 3 years instead of 5 years. Call up a recruiter and join the US Marine Corps.

    Good luck.

  5. How many times are you going to ask the same question?

You should read all the answers and follow through.

  6. Joining any branch of the service would be the same time frame.  After serving a certain amount of time, you would be eligible to file for citizenship.

  7. No in what you are asking each would be equal and all it would do is speed up the process
