Would joining a internet-based business s***w up my chances for becoming a permanent resident?

Hi there I have a work permit for 2 years in Canada which says that i am supposed to work only with the company that brought me here and nowhere else but since i am doing business on the internet and i may join using my international credit cards which were not issued in Canada but also after i finish my contract with this company i will apply for permanent residency but i dont know if by doing this will be considered violation of the contract what do you think??

Absolutely violates the terms of your visa.  It also violates the terms of your employment contract which is grounds for immediate termination & deportation.  You may only work for the employer which sponsored you.  Leave that employer and your visa is automatically cancelled.  And it leaves you without a way to apply for permanent residence.  

    You can be deported for fraud and never be allowed back into Canada.  If Canada deports you, you will never be able to get into other countries such as US, Australia, NZ, UK, and more -- visa applications ask if you have ever been deported & lying is a "prison term + deportation" offense, and prior deportees are ineligible for visa.

    Go home & run your internet biz from your home country.
