Question:

Would lean cuisines be OK for a dinner?

Im 13 and I do gymnastics as some people already know and Is a lean cuisine OK for suppers or is it not enough?

  1. Well I'm sure its fine. It depends how much you exercise. If you do like hours of intense workouts then you might need to add more to your suppers, like some fruits or beef jerky, or if you want chocolate, dark chocolate is better for you


  2. I don't see why not... I eat those for dinner all the time!

  4. It's ok, but may not be enough for you to eat .....Why not eat dinner with the rest of your family, and eat what your  mom makes for everyone else?

  5. It's very good for you and your eating the right kind of food, so I'd say go for it.

  6. I eat them sometimes. I wouldn't eat them every night, but occasionally they are fine. My favorite is the Chicken Parmesan (the one with the chicken and spaghetti)

It's okay, in fact usually pretty good for the occasional meal.  The problem with most store bought frozen foods is they are very high in sodium, so you can retain water weight if you eat too many of them.  They provide enough calories for a meal, but most people are used to eating more than that.  If it's enough for you, go for it- occasionally.  But you will eat healthier if you make a small meal yourself.
