In california, at least the 9th district, it's gotten to the point where if people have less than an amount OBVIOUSLY for sales, the case will be thrown out. I've heard of officers finding weed on people and just stomping it out on the crowd and letting the person in possession go with nothing

  1. well, yes because we would have one less thing to put people in jail for. But we would have over-crowed hospitals from all the people who didn't understand the effects of smoking pot.

  2. Yes there are entirely to many people incarcerated for possession and distribution of weed.

  3. Legalizing all drugs would pretty much empty the prisons.

  4. of course it would. it would decrease the number of people committing a crime.

consider that in 2006 738,916 people were arrested and convicted for Marijuana Possession and 90,711 for Marijuana Trafficking. These people would no longer be criminals.
